Inb4 DS shows up today weighing in at 226lbs.
Nah, I'll catch a ban again soon.
Better banned than pathetic and cowardly.
Doing 4x4 on squats and then following that with a 20 rep set to punish my lower back.
FeelsGoodMan. Chit should count as cardio.

As for the bet, I still maintain my IF regime so I'm not putting everything I've got into it. I could still have eaten more.

That depends on what's at stake: As a businessman you can win the argument, but that won't have much consultation if your client walks out the door.
Nah, better to die on your feet than live on your knees.
In fact, its better to choose the battles you can win. But it is possible to win the fight and still lose the battle.🎥

damn, yea it seems like a good way to force your legs to grow. Made it today though for 2 sets of 180 for 5, moved so easily lol. pretty pumped to squat 185 on Friday (not much but still, feels good putting on a 25lb plate). Progress stalled for quite a bit but with 20 rep squats it seems to be shooting up again. Going to stop this once I hopefully make it to 225. It's probably not healthy long-term.

Any of you have any good 3 day per week training regimens? I was running phat, but, since my wife had our infant getting to the gym 5 days per week is difficult after pulling a 10-12 hour shift, and helping with the kids. I was thinking something like taking the upper, and lower days from my phat training, and doing a full body workout for my 3rd day. That way I'm still hitting each muscle group twice per week.

I don't think you'd have any problems running a program like that. Just try and make sure you are falling into a good overall volume range per body part, per week. I think the "sweet spot" according to the research (at least as of now) is 80-210 reps per body part, per week. Obviously, remember overlap, like triceps getting some work from a bench press.

how do you brahs deal/did deal with when younger, staying/getting lean while drinking?
just turned 21 a few weeks ago and i'm in college so obviously drinking is everywhere, since turning 21 i've been drinking 2-3 times a week but i'm also trying to cut and this is fukking me up. i'm not gaining weight but pretty much just maintaining while eating 2000-2200 cals a day. Thinking i'm just going to have to start doing cardio during the week to cancel out the drinkingbench - 320 x 1
squat - 360 x 1

I should of prefaced that with to optimize hypertrophy.
Obviously, you'll want to be on the lower end if you early in your training age (novice) and higher the more advanced you get. The principles aren't set in stone and shouldn't be taken that way. It isn't as if you won't grow or progress if you aren't getting exactly that many reps per week.
As far as references, I'm going off of memory from Helms Muscle & Strength books. Here's the video on that chapter.
I didn't, lol. Although, this might help a little bit...
