    Then don't take glutamine if you're worried about it. Supplemental glutamine by itself isn't doing anything for healthy people anyhow. You also don't need a post workout shake, just eat something if you're hungry. Timing of protein and timing of creatine aren't relevant for most people.

    4 liters is fine.

    It doesn't matter what you take it with, nor could you actually tell if creatine is working "better" taking it with OJ or anything else for that matter.
