    What are you expecting by doing this? Do you think you can lose noticeable BF on a daily basis? Pick a day of the week, wake up, do your measuring & write it down. Repeat the following week

    Some people get bored, and so they want data that they can look at. Maybe it'll be fun/useful at some point.
    So long as people understand that everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt, and spikes/dips mean nothing, it's fine if you do it daily or monthly or in-between.
