Fuarrrrrrrrkkkkkkk
For the record that is NOT what a natty with 3 years training looks like. Thats what someone who does not eat enough to grow actual muscle or go hard in the gym looks like.
The only thing I can think of is maybe he looked really really terrible 3 years prior. I know some guys who weigh 110 to 120 pounds and have zero definition or development. I myself started at 120 lbs, and now at 170 lbs I am unrecognizable to people who only knew me from my previous life.

And I also hear replies like this all the time. You can go through my posts to see all the testing I had done at the hospital to find out what's wrong with me.
No tape worm
No hyperthyroidism
No crones disease
No unnatural findings at all in my digestive track
I did every medical test shy of having a camera stuck up my a$$.
I understand this sort of thing is very hard for you to understand. But I will take your input over that of people who went to med school for 12 years to be dietitians, nutrition specialists, and digestive system specialists.
Some of you people on this board are so far gone it hurts. I'm unnaturally fast at running. I did absolutely no work for that. I came out of the womb that way. The same way that some people can ingest 2500 calories a day and be 200 lbs. if I don't eat that total going for the day by mid lunch I'll start to feel nauseous and the hunger pain will be unreal.I woke up this morning still breathing. Might as well take advantage of it.
Working every day to be just a little stronger, healthier, or smarter than yesterday.

See my avi. I don't think I'm at my natty limit. Yet. At least, not till my arms and chest get a bit bigger. In my opinion, if you can't get something like that natty, you're training wrong or you've been fukced with chit genetics.
Squat: 500lbs x1
Bench: 325lbs x1 (paused); 350lbs tng
Deadlift: 600lbs x1

I think that there is no reason why he should be making youtube videos or giving other people fitness advice. From my understanding he also dropped out of college to pursue being a "fitness youtuber". He should come back in another couple of years when he has built a credible physique; until then it's just giving people who stumble upon his videos a bad idea of what is achievable in the three year time frame that he claims.

bull f*ckign ****. I trained for 2 years and I'm bigger than him 5'10 188 ~13 bf. avi was me at 176-177 after 1 year ~9-10 months of training (only 1 year of properly tracking macros, training hard and having a good routine)
I can't believe that someone who has his own youtube channel + dropped out of college for this doesn't even train hard and doesn't know how to train
Besides this guy uses zoom in his videos thus making him look bigger than he actually isLast edited by vbaguirov; 05-09-2015 at 08:31 PM.

I just realized who that is lol. He used to be a huge /fit/ and misc joke. He's the worst example of eating by macros ever. Plus his workouts are really really bad.

this, it seems like there no boundaries to the intensity. and by that I mean= perfect form + 1 concentric, 1.5 s eccentric phase + maximum effort + maximum mind muscle connection + being motivated like hell with good music + being really insecure deep inside which will push you hard as hell

his first year he gained 17lbs... from 127-144
He has chit genetics, probably half asses his workouts, and diets well/decent. As much as people praise diet if you have crap genetics / work ethic and don't know how to progressively overload, you're going to make chit for progress. Like phuk, if you aren't going to get big, atleast stay lean year round. He's still dyel status in and out of a t shirt.
