thanks brother...when I did 545 for a double I was shocked at how fast and easy it went up(P.R. for me) so I grabbed a gym buddy and asked him to video the 6 plate attempt...watching it now I see a few areas that I need to improve my form on but hoping I can do that and nail 600 by summer's end....maybe sooner?
