    Body Fat Estimate

I'm a 23 year old male, 5'9", and 183 pounds. I've been doing Madcow for awhile now.

For bench press, I've worked myself up to doing doing 5 reps of 155 pounds -> 5 reps of 175 pounds -> 5 reps of 195 pounds -> 5 reps of 205 pounds -> 5 reps of 225 pounds.

For squats and deadlifts (mostly similar in the weight I can lift), I've worked myself up to doing 5 reps of 255 pounds -> 5 reps of 280 pounds -> 5 reps of 305 pounds -> 5 reps of 330 pounds -> 5 reps of 355 pounds.

Looking to get a body fat estimate. I think I want to cut. Any advice? Thanks.

Don't cut, you need more muscle. Cutting won't get you anywhere.

Cutting what ???? what you need to do is eat and build some muscles

why do you even worry about a bf estimate ? what does knowing your bf percentage do ? are you a bikini model ?
who says love has to be soft and gentle ?
