Well if it is the sole purpose is to provide energy, than the anti-lipolysis effects are redundant. Obviously if you are still in a calorie deficit you will lose weight.

I'm cutting to and using ErgoBlast 6 days a week.

Those don't contain ingredients banned by the fda to be used in supps as far as I know. But try to stay on topic

Every drug is banned to be used in supplements, save for a few rare extracts (l-dopa, for instance).

Meh used Ephedrine + Ergoblast lot times have also stacked Yohimbine HCL/Rauw with it

I follow the IIFYM and lots of lamb has fit into my mouth...

Wait.. am I reading this right? You are low on energy and taking EC?

If so, you need to seriously reconsider your diet and up your calories some.

I use a non-stim.. hemavo2 max with my EC so I am not doubling up on stimulants.

Hello!

I just caved in and bought some ErgoBlast since I've been having low energy at the gym recently. However, I've been also taking EC stack 2-3 times a day so I was wondering how I should adjust my EC stack timing on workout days when I do use the ErgoBlast since it contains a lot of caffeine.

Should I just take the EC and ErgoBlast spaced at least 4 hours apart?

Would it be okay to also take the ephedrine with ErgoBlast (since it already has caffeine) before workout for the appetite suppression/fat burning properties?

Side note: when do you guys take your PWO? ~30 minutes before the gym?

when taking ec stack dont use a preworkout. I take ec stack once a day , two at very most only on really competitive events. The more you use caffeine, and ephedrine, the less they work. Best to save them for when you really need them.

Actually I do not believe there is any research that has shown ephedrine's effect at fat loss diminishes with continued use. The energy kick and appetite suppression may diminish but how quickly that happens and to what extent is a very individual thing.
