    Good **** Jordan dude, huge 175 repout on that overhead and nice tricep bashing with that close grip action! Always good to follow up that press work with some pull downs to balance it out.

    How difficult are the BB Rows at that weight? Just curious. Do you feel like you've benefitted more from less than 10 reps, higher intensity work on the back? Assuming 225-255 rows are actually difficult for you.

    I like higher rep for the back, but once a week I like going heavier with lower reps on the rows

    Yep I get up at 4:30 MWF to hit the weights. Tues and thurs are a nice break from the early mornings because I can sleep till 6-6:30

    I'm going to be adding some small cardio sessions in
    I did a warmup on the treadmill before lifting and then a bit after the weights today. I plan on adding some low intensity work on the mill on my off days. Something to get the blood flowing and the heart rate up a bit!

    Solid benching as always wood man. I'd take 310 on an off day with another rep in the tank, and that 265x5x5 volume is crazy.

    I was very hesitant to try it out. I'm not a huge fan of Lucky Charms. I love marshmallow cereals, but I still prefer a cereal that could stand on its own without the marshmallows, and the Lucky Charms cereal pieces are sub par at best. I was pleasantly surprised by the Chocolate Lucky Charms though, the cereal pieces are surprisingly good.
