Good **** Jordan dude, huge 175 repout on that overhead and nice tricep bashing with that close grip action! Always good to follow up that press work with some pull downs to balance it out.
Good chat indeed, I'll be thinking about that long weekend suggestion when the dust settles!
Thanks fella, dat new bench is hnnngggg
I was pretty shocked that she actually flipped the rack
That was just the spark, there's a lot deeper issues there
Game was awesome, wood do again/10
Thanks my man! Love that new bench
Thanks chef Bob dude

Great! Just trying to train consistently!
awesome, put in some good work on it too! love new toys
Damn dude, yeah I know how those weeks go, it's always when they're already mad at you when the boys invite you out or something that is the cherry on top - good luck getting it all straightened out
There is so much win there....I hope to get another trip to Vegas with the boys this year, but I don't think I'll be on the same level."Yea, though I farmer's walk through the valley of the shadow of deadlift, I will fear no repetition: for the power rack art with me; thy plate and thy barbell they comfort me."

Solid benching, but why the ascending sets? Just getting used to the new bench?

I'll still take 1 rep of 310 right now, thanks. lol
How difficult are the BB Rows at that weight? Just curious. Do you feel like you've benefitted more from less than 10 reps, higher intensity work on the back? Assuming 225-255 rows are actually difficult for you.My log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136366931

Haha there is some coffee involved!
I'm going to be adding some small cardio sessions in
I did a warmup on the treadmill before lifting and then a bit after the weights today. I plan on adding some low intensity work on the mill on my off days. Something to get the blood flowing and the heart rate up a bit!PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Solid benching as always wood man. I'd take 310 on an off day with another rep in the tank, and that 265x5x5 volume is crazy.
I was very hesitant to try it out. I'm not a huge fan of Lucky Charms. I love marshmallow cereals, but I still prefer a cereal that could stand on its own without the marshmallows, and the Lucky Charms cereal pieces are sub par at best. I was pleasantly surprised by the Chocolate Lucky Charms though, the cereal pieces are surprisingly good.Powerlifting Log - http://tinyurl.com/jshaw5
