    Chickens were adopted by someone in Maine. Suburbs don't like farm animals out here, plus the journey out would have been stressful for them (we could very well have lost all 4 on the drive out)

    Plenty of volume Woody and delts .. huge pump up for the delts with the heavy OHPs, klokovs and then the lat raises
    I haven't done reverse curls or wrist curls for ... I hate to say it ... decades
    I need to work on my grip though ... maybe time to bring them back in

    My squat strength likes frequency and my SI joint does not lol

    The layoff didn't help strength at all, but it's coming back. 1x a week squats will take awhile to build back up, but if it keeps the body happy I'm ok with that

    ^^^^^ that's my story ... the muscles like the volume but the SIJ doesn't >> spasm >> TFL gets tight >> ITB barks
    You did well to work up to the 275 x 3 and got in some good front squats and RDLs, so I suspect working sets with 3pps again is only a few weeks away

    Thanks dude- maybe I'll rip a 315 single next week just because!

    I've been doing some mobility work every morning since the new job/ schedule started and I can already see a huge difference in my flexibility.
    Maybe I'll give 2x a week squatting a shot soon with an upper / lower type of split and see how I do.

    You got the right idea. Sometimes I want to go back to 2-3 times a week squatting but honestly I feel so much better going 1x/week.

    How early are you having to lift?

    The forearm work is good but I didn't enjoy it. I am hoping I can get some farmers handles soon because I think I like those.

    Maybe I can get some progression going on 1x a week, just gotta hit it hard!
    I've been getting up at 5am and starting session at 5:30 after coffee and mobility work. Feels like an easy morning after my previous job where I was getting up at 3:00ish and going straight to work lol
