Plenty of volume Woody and delts .. huge pump up for the delts with the heavy OHPs, klokovs and then the lat raises
I haven't done reverse curls or wrist curls for ... I hate to say it ... decades
I need to work on my grip though ... maybe time to bring them back in"Better to wear out than rust out!"

I've been doing some mobility work every morning since the new job/ schedule started and I can already see a huge difference in my flexibility.

You got the right idea. Sometimes I want to go back to 2-3 times a week squatting but honestly I feel so much better going 1x/week.
How early are you having to lift?
The forearm work is good but I didn't enjoy it.
