Catching up.........
I must apologize to Promera and the reps for my actions, or un-actions with this log as of late. Not making excuses but life catches up with us once in a while and I thought I was going to have more free time to run this the way I would like. I am disappointed at the way I have not been able to keep up with my own log or be active in all the other logs going on. I have done a lot better with past logs including the ones I have done for Promera. I am sorry this one had not lived up to what was expected, by both Promera and myself. Hopefully if there are other opps in the future, I may be considered but until then, I apologize.
I am going to try and get a few entires in this evening and if not get up to date, close enought to where I will be current by this time tomorrow. Until then, stay tuned because updates are on the way..........I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

-PUMP EXTREMe seems to work best this way, at least in my opinion. Gets my sweat on even more and a bit more pep in the step versus evening sessions after work. Can't expalin, just my observation.
-Oh, the cardio. Well, after training and breakfast, proceeded to do this:

Thursday 5/28/15
Got a little work done.
Chest & Shoulders
Pre Training:
1.5 scoops PUMP EXTREMe
Intra:
2 scoops BCAAs, 1/2 scoop PUMP EXTREMe
Post Training:
H2O, 1/2 protein bar
Training
Warm Up: Rotator work with 5# DB, empty bar press
Flat BB Press:145x10, 185x6, 205x3, 225x2, >135x12
OH BB Press: Barx12, 100x7
Switched to Push Press: 120x4, 145x3, 150x1
HS Decline press ss/w DB Side raises: plate# on each side 90x10 / 10sx12 , 100x10 / 10sx12 , 115x10 / 10sx12
Cable Xovers: #on each handle 30x15, 40x10, 45x8
XOvers from bottom: #on each handle 25x12, 30x9, 35x7
Cardio: 22 minutes dreadmill
Thoughts & Ramblings:
-Not a lot of work. Kept it light as shoulder/shoulder blade/lat area and traps are just sore as fak. Massage yesterday hurt like a mofo. Been icing so much I think I have frost bite.
-Kind of a strange combo for me but it worked.
-Not sure about tomorrow yet. I may make a session and take Saturday off to get a few more things done around the house.
-PUMP EXTREMe: Just about gone I may have 2 more sessions with it and "poof" it'll be over. I do like the fact though that I have had no ill effects from PUMP EXTREMe. I think going the route I went towards the end of 1.5 scoops before training and putting that 1/2 scoop in with my intra, served just about right for me.
-I hate string bags. I have a gym bag but I don't carry it into the gym anymore. Locker room suxs and all I really need when I go in can fit in a string bag, but I hate them. I really need a small sling bag.
-Anyways.......as sore and out of sorts as I have been lately, at least I am still alive and kicking.......
oh for the love of gawd! after seeing this again, i have got more age on me than I thoughtI'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

I again apologize for the way the log slacked off here towards the end. It is not the way I normally run logs but, maybe it was bad timing on my part. I appreciate the way Promera has had patience with me and appreciate the opp Promera and brad23 gave me.
I had my last training session on Friday with PUMP EXTREMe and review is forth coming.........I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

PUMP EXTREMe Final Review
Link to product in bb.com store: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/pr...mp-extrem.html
Not sure where to start, so, here we go.....
Mix-ability: To me, I thought the product mixed great. Since I always "swish" my shaker bottle around before I take a swig, I had no issues with any sediment or settling. I felt it mixed completely and I did not taste any grit. So for this, I would give it a 9.5/10
Taste: I had the LemonLime flavor. Honestly, I didn't get much flavor and what flavor there was, I really couldn't pinpoint which was more dominate. Mind you, I had no problem with the taste and there was no after taste or anything unpleasant, it just wasn't much flavor to it. This may seem like a low "score", but again, it was kind of flavorless to me, so I give it a 7/10
Energy: This was tricky for me. 1 scoop, not quite enough. 2 scoops I feel was a tad too much and maybe a bit of a waste of product. For me, just about at 1.5 scoops was the sweet spot. When using this in the late afternoons after a full day of work, I really didn't get that much of a kick in the pants. I got a slight boost of energy but nothing to write home about. It did help get through a session for the most part.
I did, however, get the best results when taking this first thing in the morning and train fasted. This is something I don't like doing too often, training fasted, but it seemed Pump Extreme worked best that way, for me. It did give me better energy and a better thermo effect.
Since this was kind of a middle of the road thing for me, I feel it fair enough to give this 8/10
Strength: Didn't really feel much here. Yeah, I had a couple PRs and got back to some PRs but not too much really added in the strength department. Again though, first thing in the morning, fasted, it did help me maintain strength levels for an entire training session. So, in my opinion, this was a saving grace in the strength department. So I feel ok giving this a 8.5/10
Pump: Honestly, as far as that "pump" everyone seems to look for, I really did not experience it with this, at least nothing more than I usually would with or without a pre. Now, I am not knocking on it or anything but when it comes to this "pump", it is very elusive to me. My body is weird anyway, so I honestly do not want to give this a rating. Again, nothing negitive, just didn't feel it.
Focus: Nothing too over the top here. These past handful of weeks, I have been concentrating more on muscle contraction ans slowing everything down a little that I was concentrating a bit more with that MMC, so maybe it did assist me a little with that. Nothing mind blowing but with the Pump Extreme and my music, I dailed it in some. I give this a 8.5/10
Thermo effect: As previously mentioned, I did get quite a few internal sweat sessions happening. Especially with the fasted training. This, once I adapted to it, I enjoyed greatly. It let me know the product was doing something other than just going through me. It may have even helped me a little with the slight decrease in weight I had through this log. This aspect I did enjoy. I give this a 9/10
Some of the scores may not reflect the fact that I actually enjoyed this product. I think for me though, if/when I have some on hand, it will be used for those early morning fasted sessions. For me, I feel that's when it works best.
ProMera Sports has always had quality products and this is one of them.
These are my own thoughts and opinions ans I appreciate very much ProMera Sports and the reps allowing me to log this product.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....
