As a history major and someone who has read extensively into WW2, it's my opinion that there were two major components to the Allied war effort:

- Russia overwhelming manpower
- USA massive war materiel production - Lend-Lease

Yes, the Allied victory was a group effort, and I'm taking nothing from every one who contributed. I'm just giving my opinion on the two major factors needed for Allied victory.

Why the fukk does it always have to be ".... won the war" it was everyone, if any of the allies hadn't entered the war then Germany probably would of won, which I think says a lot more about the strength of Germany than any of the allies.
