I was considering starting 5/3/1 boring but big, and was wondering if I should instead of every month increase by 10%, increase every two weeks. Would I stall out faster that way? I'll do what needs to be done to get some results and better numbers. And if anyone has done 5/3/1 what were your results from completing the challenge?

I've been lifting since September. I've did bill starr 5x5 but my bench got stuck at 230x2 (3 with a spotter) I am currently trying to get my squat up due to weak knees from wrestling. It's at 250x3 but it goes up 10lbs a week. I'm currently running PHAT but I don't really care for the program. 5/3/1 looked pretty interesting but I figured it would be too slow.
