As a result, people are feeling deceived and starting to turn away from fitness, fearing that natty BB'ing doesn't earn results.

And I'm here to tell you to fukk that!

Many people (especially the ones who are really into lifting) have become desensitized to seeing very muscular bodies, and as a result, this:



Seems normal to them. THIS IS NOT WHAT A HEALTHY NATURAL ATHLETE LOOKS LIKE.

If you're after this kind of body while being natural, you're in for a big disappointement.

Brahs, we all know that as a natty, you have one of two choices:

- Nice mass but some fat
- Reasonably shredded but small/depleted

In matters of strength some people can actually become very strong natty. potential is limited by genetics there obviously too. Number of fast twitch and slow twitch fibers are barely changeable if at all.

Cheers brah, this would be my 2nd time..been drinking myself to death past two years partyin it up, returned to the gym a month ago realizing what i want in life. Muscle memory does help seeing as how im almost back to the build i had before quitting, but its gonna take a lot more to compete of course. The goal for any serious lifter is to look that good without that post workout pump. Most natties just can't do it.
