So I've been training since February 2014. Started at 67kg/145lbs and I'm now at 81kg/179lbs. Seen good steady strength and size progress, but triceps have always lagged behind! I feel like I've tried everything, high reps low weight, high weight low reps, different rest periods, training twice a week or just once a week, every exercise under the sun! At the moment I am doing 3 sets of weighted dips to failure, 3 sets of close grip bench at 135lbs and then a variation of tricep extension (normally a different one each week to mix it up a bit.) I'm lost as to what else I can try, but my arms started at 13 inches and have only grown to 14 in a whole year and I feel like they should have grown more. Am I wrong? Have I missed something? Any more info that is required feel free to ask.
