Hello just wanted to start by saying thank you as this website was very helpful in helping me with my personal health. I decided to go to the gym my senior year of college with my girlfriend after gaining weight the first three years. I have lost 25 pounds in the last 15 weeks after changing my eating habits and going to the gym 6 days a week. The question I have is I have seen a lot of results but my girlfriend has remained at the same weight. Is their specific exercises that she would benefit as we both do similar things at the gym that would help her lose weight? Thank you and hope everyone has a good day.
