    Next time you dose it OP, simply shake the tub vigorously for about 5 minutes. Then put it down and head to the gym. The shaking should cause a good pump in the arms/shoulders and then you are ready to smash the weights.

    Just took 1 scoop of craze. I kept everything exactly the same in my routine outside of exchanging 1 scoop of Scream for 1 scoop of Craze.

    20 minutes in to my workout I was suddenly hit with extreme nausea, sweating, and dizzyness. I had to lay down and focus all my energy on just breathing. When I was able to stand I rushed to the bathroom to throw up. Not fun. I then sat for another 10 minutes to regain composure, all the while feeling horrible and dripping sweat.

    So. I'm not going to jump to conclusions here but my reaction is not what I expected.

    I always handled Intense and Dexaprine no problem. I loved dmaa plus caffeine. This feels like the first time I tried 1mr. But worse

    For some reason only Dexaprine does it to. I have had the OG craze and take ECA as a preworkout on the reg. I stay away of Dexaprine.

    Ya Craze and ephedrine... not safe. If you were talking about mixing the two that is. On it's own, EC has no effect on me outside of the obvious thermogenesis, but i get no energy or anything off it.

    with DMBA HCL (Frenzy's main stim)

    10/10. closest to the original in terms of performance and the good feels it gave.

    alone its about on par with C4 or something average, and a nice nootropic. i enjoyed it mostly because i felt great on it, however it sucks badly if your using it alone for performance and endurance, or expecting
    a meth like rush of energy.

    but if your looking for focus this is the best "focus" orientated pre i have had and feel it got better with longer use. and you can tell they wanted to cash in on the old craze's "focus" aspect, and have frenzy as the "energy" pre to make more money. and state they stack perfectly at one scoop of each. so i added my own 200-300mg of DMBA HCL, and it was amazing, might suck for all you US peeps though since that's banned there now lol.

    Solid pre-workout. It's obviously not as effective as the original for obvious reasons, but it's also not as bad some here (reps of other companies selling their crappy pre-workouts) make it out to be.

    But like some have said, if you are feeling nothing then there is something wrong with you as the caffeine alone should give you a boost.

    How much caffeine is in a scoop?

    Up until now, I've been using one scoop of Scream and I get a pretty good buzz. Tried 1 scoop of this and felt literally nothing. Haven't taken it since, but I'll try two scoops tonight.

    It's been mentioned but the real question is, how hard did he shake the tub? There should be some noise happening when the shaking occurs. If he opens it too soon then powder will spread and probably find a way into his nose. It sounds good in theory but it probably hasn't happened in real life yet.
