So with dosing i assume 2 caps a day is all you need? About to pick up some to run with EC. I assume 2 caps a day pre workout (fasted) would be the ideal dosage? Going to kick off a cut starting next monday

I think you can still add some F95 as dosage should be 100mg from what I understand...2 caps here gives you 50mg.

It is an agonist at adrenergic receptors so it's stimulatory. Depends on an individual's tolerance of course of course so I can agree with some of that.

I came to say this. Synephrine is really just there to reduce appetite. It isn't a central stimulant. You won't get euphoria. You will most likely be able to take Shift before bed and notice no stimulation

And those stimulants act in the CNS and are releasing agents to boot. Synephrine, in the absence of caffeine, should really produce no stimulation in that sense

Still somewhat dependent on individual however at the dose in Shift, I would agree it is probably not enough to cause over stimulatory effects. Over sensitive people could still have effects such as elevated BP, increased heart rate etc if stim sensitive or those who are sensitive to vasoconstrictors. I do like the fact the serving amount daily does help prevent potential sides reserving its ability to be stacked with other agents for a max effect.
