I missed the comment but why mention Owen in that context at all?

They were talking about how Neville is the man that gravity forgot and that King of the Ring winners were never high flyers. Cole brought up Owen and I believe Booker T was trying to say that although he was a high flyer, Owen wasn't as much of one as Neville is.

I was angry when I heard about it but I don't believe he would intentionally disrespect Owen. Cole...that's a different story.

owen is one of my favorite wrestlers of all time, but i think even he wouldve found it a hilarious mistake.

And the main event wasn't too bad. Reigns is growing on me again

I liked Reigns pre 2015 without the huge huge push.

Okay, I've confirmed the Owen comment.

JBL's comments about Neville being the first high-flying KOTR, and Owen being able to fly but not like that, were scripted comments from Vince.

Booker T's comment that Owen couldn't defy gravity was not scripted, and was improvised by Booker T to help push Neville.

What a cringe moment, what a terrible commentary team.

pretty enjoyable raw.
i think i liked it better than the PPV for the most part.

credit to WWE for booking Neville so well and having him go over in actual good matches with the opponent also still looking strong.

Fandango seems to be getting a slow build too which is long overdue IMO.
