I can't go to the gym for numerous reasons(for all those who are gonna give a one sentence response telling me to go to the gym).
I've been working out since 2012 on and off at home and I'd like to improve my routine, I have so much free time and feel like I could be doing more.
I have a barbell with 150 lbs of weight(no bench) and one of those at home workout machines.
I do weighted pushups (50lbs)
Barbell shrugs (150 lbs)
Lumberjack squat (90lbs)
Lat pull down (90 lbs)
Just those 4 exercises. I'm 5'5 and the muscles shows quickly but I feel like I could be doing so much more. I have one of those home workout machines and a barbell with 150 lbs, what else can I do?
I have no rack or bench so regular bench press and squat aren't options.

Note: Anything that requires a bench could always just be done on the bed, unless you need your elbows to drop below your chest when laying flat
Bent over Rows (Back)
Skull Crushers (Triceps)
Standing Military press (Shoulders)
Lunges (either hold a plate in each hand or put a comfortable weighted barbell on your shoulders)
Barbel Curls (Biceps)
Weighted Abdominal Sit Ups (Core)
Dealifts (If you have experience and are comfortable performing them)
Probably heaps more you could do aswell, but nothing else is coming to mind right now bro. All the best with it m8
