so it pain when i lift something heavy , or when i workout on my shoulders and chest excersices, it will pain after i do 2 to 3 reps of any exercise like on flat bench press or when side lateral raises for shoulder, this ruins my whole workout and discourages me to workout again. i dont know how to fix my shoulders as they were before .please help me ,i am really worried about it.
