whats up guys last week when I hit chest I 8 repped 230 and my coach told me that I should be able to max 290 because he said you take 2 reps off and add the other six to you 8rm. does this sound accurate? The reason I haven't tried it is because I want to make sure my tendon is fully repaired before I try to max.
