A little bit of help on hiting my macros

Hi guys ! I am 20 years old and i have 70kgs(154 lbs).I`ve been training for the past 3 years but a few months ago i realized that my diet was crap so i decided to do something about it . As for the macros , my daily target is 180 protein/300 carb/70g fat.
My meal plan looks like this :

    For breakfast :
    4 whole eggs+50g of cheese+250ml 3.5% fat milk+50g corn flakes
    OR
200g cottage cheese with some jam
    OR
    400 g yogurt(from which i get 12g protein/14g fat+80g oat flakes

Meals 2,3,4 are around same macros all the time:
In total i get 450g of rice/pasta/potatoes and 400g of meat(i try to eat 2 lean meats like turkey/chicken and the 3-rd a fatty one like beef or pork chops)+veggies for fiber like broccoli, spinach (around 150g of those every day spread through the 2,3,4 meals )

    For dinner i get :
200g cottage cheese with some gem
    OR
    400 g yogurt(from which i get 12g protein/14g fat+80g oat flakes

Post workout : 2 scoops (62g) of whey gold standard protein+200g bananas

For healthy fats i eat throughout the day peanut butter, almonds, sunflower seeds(this is the easy part )

So i am waiting for your suggestions on how to hit those carb macros because from my calculations i get only around 220-240!

Just add more to what you already eat? Make it 100g cornflakes, or 120g oatmeal. Or some more veggies/fruit. Carrots, peppers, tomatoes, apples, dates, so many options.

Isn`t bread a bad carb source ? (or it`s just white bread)

Same question for more fruit suggestions(can you tell me how many carbs is ok to get from fruits ) ?

I thought about increasing the others but at the moment i`m feeling like i`m at my max regarding the amount of food i have to eat...eating this big (at least for me ) it`s kinda hush...sometimes i eat because i know i have to not because i`m hungry. I was hopping for some exotic suggestion like a mix of some veggies/cereals/fruits or something around those lines .
