Question Any feedback on my new diet regime?

Guys, as per some of your suggestions, I worked out my daily nutrition needs according to the sticky notes, and came up with 1,670 calories daily. I am currently at 62kgs (137 lbs) and I'm 5 ft 9". I've been consuming around 1,400cal for the last few months (with no training). Does 1,670 sound about right? In which case I have to increase calorie intake by around 300cals. But since I'm not training for the next few weeks, should I increase them later?

    Thanks lads!!

That calorie intake seems awfully low.

Thanks for the reply But isn't 1,900 a bit high considering my weight and height? And no workout for the next 3 weeks

    Thanks

Off the top of my head, and years of doing this, i'd estimate your BMR to be roughly 1600 calories. If you're been taking in 1400 calories for a length of time that's probably not good. Have you actually ever seriously tracked calories and found out your TDEE?

1400 is very low. You must be feeling hungry all the time too, no?

Increase it to ~1800 and see how that affects you. Give it a couple of weeks to normalize, as it might cause a slight weight gain because of added sodium+carbs, as well as food in your stomach.
