Ramy looked amazing. The best thing bodybuilding has going for it, by a long mile.

Ced showed his best condition and maybe his best showing to date. He was dry and huge. Technically Ced could have won because he had shredded glutes and was bone dry from the back, compared to Ramy's softness. They could have given it to Ced. But Ramy showed his force and potential

Much respect to Ramy but those Quads are too big, calves too small. I cant understand how this isnt the focus in everyones comments. Clearly Im in the minority, but massive or not, those legs are horrible in my opinion. Of course this is odd since I was a huge Platz fan, but like it or not, we all knew Platz wouldn't win because of his lack of symmetry. Now everyone can tell me what a moron I am for not respecting the simple fact that Ramy is over 300 lbs.....Ced should have won this from the pics Ive seen, but Ill give you that his legs, on the other end of the spectrum, NEED size.

Ronnie's claves looked tiny compared to his quads and that really hurt him...

EDIT: So i just looked at the pics. No idea how you think Ramy has small calves? They are huge. Proportionally wise, they are decent. Not a flaw at all.

What in the fuk are you going about… his calves are huge now, just compare them to the others. They will never be proportional to his quads,but they flow much better than last year.

I think your videos are great and they are really coming along. My only recommendation (and take it for whatever little it is worth), is that your voice tends to be a bit monotone. I think I would really get into the video more if you inflected your tone/pitch when giving your commentary - you know how luimarco gets really excited when talking about something? (i.e. Big Ramy's quads were HUUUUUUUUUGE) Something like that, but perhaps dialed back a bit.

Your obviously a fan of the sport and very knowledgeable, so I really hope to see more of your videos in the future.

I agree with this too, I really think Lui is big not necessarily due to content but because of how "catchy" his vids are.
His phrases like "on the day-leeeee" and his "saluting" etc. Just makes things entertaining and I really think it's why he has such a huge subscriber base.
Personality is what really separates the really successful Youtube people vs those that top out at like 2k subs.

Rammy impressed me here, should look to come into the Olympia 10.725% sharper. Does not need more size, but does need more refinement in certain areas (look at how soft his lower lats/back were, that's not going to cut it vs Heath vs Kai) HARDER AND DRIER would be the order of the day, should look to increase the separation and definition in his legs come Olympia.. imagine quads the Size of Rammy's with Muntzer like definition/feathering *sic*

Juan also impressed, his chest is quickly becoming one of the best in the sport and he did not give ground to anyone in the upper body.

Cedric is quality, such detail and flow to his physique, have seen him bigger in the past, seems to me the injury bug is starting to pick on him tho.

Ramy looks damn good. Morels lower body is atrocious but he's got a supremely thick back. I love ced but 2nd fits. Dorfed and not much more defined than ramy

Came in to post this. His legs are TOO big. I find myself unable to look at his physique and appreciate the whole thing like I should be, because my eyes are drawn to his huge legs in every pose, and you cant help but notice the drastic lack of proportion between his calves and quads. He needs to bring up his calves and stop his quads and hammies from getting any bigger, while focusing on conditioning.

Juan has a very interesting physique. Insanely thick chest and delts, but other really lagging body parts. His most muscular was the best in the show IMO, but if he can make his legs a bit bigger then he'll be top 5 material in the Olympia.

Yeah, looking at the pics, Ramy definitely deserved it. In terms of muscle, he really doesn't need to even work on balancing anything to win the Olympia. He JUST has to come in WAY harder than this.

I really hope this was just a calculated decision to make his prep for the Olympia easier and not having him spend himself too much on this prep. Because his conditioning was not even a shred better than under DJ.
