And no, I'm not simply doing the Monday morning QB thing using hindsight to say KC was a good start, I picked them up to stream in misc acution league because I thought they would be a good start this week. Apparently this guy you were complaining about thought the same. It seems we were right.

KC out performed both of them, his decision to start them clearly did not fail him. That's a simple fact, really.

I understand that but before the games actually happened you wouldn't have expected the Chiefs to out perform them based on their match ups. It's fantasy football, really. Flip of a coin.

Clearly he did expect it, because, even though you disapproved, he chose to start his DEF that ended up with the most points scored.

Pretty bold of you to proclaim, before the games have been played, that he made the wrong decision on which DEF to start. It backfired (for you).

In the end it still did backfire on him because he started Stafford. The QB on his bench scored way more.. So he did make the wrong decision. Plus I won because of it. So again.. He made the wrong decision.

Keenan Allen is out indefinitely with a kidney injury.
Coach Mike McCoy wouldn't put a timetable on Allen's recovery Monday, but acknowledged "he's going to miss some time." It sounds like a surefire multi-week injury. The Chargers are also nursing injuries to Antonio Gates (MCL) and Ladarius Green (ankle), in addition to numerous bumps and bruises along their offensive line. In Allen's absence, expect Gates, Stevie Johnson, Malcom Floyd, and perhaps Dontrelle Inman to get more work.

insert stupid rant... I just went to put in a waiver and was reminded once again that a second TE is useless since our flex spot is only rb/wr and I have gronk at TE...

no one has traded all season so I hesitate wasting a bench spot...

drafted daniels and vernon
dropped both and picked up ASJ (he got hurt) and miller who went down the drain after ben got hurt
picked up thomas and he had that 1 great game then burnt me the next
picked up ebron this week which wasnt great

I knew as soon as you proclaimed he screwed up by starting KC over other defenses that you were probably going to regret it...figured KC to have a better than average week this week. And they did.

I need a little excitement, my misc team isn't providing it (except I did start KC defense this week and Jax last week at least lol but that's about it)

Do you start defenses against your own QB often? You must because I dont see why you would even care about the comment I made. Now I understand why people bring you up whenever someone wants to start 2 WR's on the same team.

Like I said though, I dont regret anything. He basically X'd out a position(QB) and I won.

I start whoever my best player is, IMO, at each position. It doesn't matter if your best QB faces your best defense.

I'm glad you understand that avoiding two WR from the same team simply because they are the same team is dumb (unless you are avoiding two with the same bye week regardless of team).

Yes, he picked the wrong QB. Stafford did poorly. It happens. Especially with Stafford.

Philly defense against Cassel. Making the change at quarterback doesn't mean anything has actually changed. Cowboys are still conservative as fuark on offense. In before Cassel throws for under 100 yards again..
