I never cook anything frozen. I always thaw it first. Put it in the fridge the night before you want to cook it and it will thaw overnight.

I don't cook chicken very often these days but when I do I employ a variety of methods.

Here are some easy ideas to try:

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and roast it in the oven at 350*F until done.

Pound it thin with a meat mallet, sprinkle with cajun seasoning, and cook in some butter in the pan (this is my favorite).

Cut into small chunks and stir fry in a wok. Toss it in some general tso's sauce after you're done cooking it.. Add some stir fry veggies and rice to this and YUM!

Simmer chicken breasts in a pot of water until done. Use two forks to shred the chicken. Now you've got a lot of options. Use it to make pulled chicken sandwiches with bbq sauce. Use it quesadillas. Use it for chicken tacos.

    Hope this helps.

    Thaw.

Marinade in desired bbq sauce for 6-12 hours.

    Place on grill.

    Enjoy.

Open crock pot, put chicken in, set to low, come back in 10 hours to fall apart greatness.

Crockpot is ideal, otherwise just cook it as slow as time permits.
