Hair doesn't look bad, though I'm sure you could figure out a way to make it look better if you went to a good barber.

You're an aesthetic guy. You are probably just too 'nice' and that makes you 'awkward'. Good looking guy like you will have the best results from learning 'game' because you already have genetic value and are missing the other pieces of the puzzle.

Only thing I can think of for your looks is to stylize your beard more to build attraction from sloots into artistic guys. As pointed out before Dave Navarro is your celebrity twin. Look to him for ideas. You don't have to be exactly like him but see how it's extremely stylized while yours isn't.
