Friends, I want a little help here. Look at these photos I took today. Should I be cutting or bulking?
I have two weeks to figure out what my next step should be. In case I get more porn work, I need a tight body. I'm at 15.3% body fat right now, and this could really go either way, but whatever it is, I need a clear path. Please don't say "It's up to you." What I want is an honest analysis. I still have plenty I am only using 5 grams twice a day, @bhujerban I'm a big guy and looking to compete in the 300 weight class in Sept but goal wise I would say a cut some weight and tighten up, my two cents bro!

I have maybe a week's worth of PUMP left.
Back was super strong today. My chinups have finally improved a bit - they were so easy today. In previous weeks, they are the exercise I liked the least. Lat pulldowns are also getting good. It used to be that I couldn't do many reps past 97 lbs. Now I can pull all ten reps of the set at 137 lbs. My dumbbell row today was up to 90 lbs for ten reps. So far, all is well. Next week is my last week with the ReWired program. I haven't really rewired ****. I just needed the workouts. I signed up for the NoLimits challenge just a few minutes ago, and when my time with ReWired ends, I'll be doing the Daily Burn series "Live to Fail" with Ben Booker.
Just need to find a plyo box that doesn't cost so effing much. $100 for a box is exorbitant. And expensive too. I doubt a chair will be a good substitute.The thing I like least about the treadmill is that I can't run from my farts. -- Source unknown

I have some frustration today. I lost nearly four pounds from last week. This was good news. But my joy was deflated when I used the bodyfat calculator, and I went up 0.4 percent! I wonder why the laws of bodybuilding just don't apply to me? I was active all week and over the weekend, I kept a fairly good diet, and still I backpedal. What gives?

I had a GREAT chest day today and I want to share with you.
There was a recent articlol here on the site by Bill Geiger titled "The Perfect Workout for a Monster Chest". I did his suggested activities today. WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT MAKES! My lifts were good and strong, and I felt it all. Plus I got my pecs to dance a little in the sauna. Haven't been able to do that in a while. I'm going to keep doing this one.
If your chest is lagging (as mine does), then give this one a go. Thank Bill and me later.

All done with Pump will have my review up soon!
So squat session went good but the speed session I felt was a better session!
Pull session went really good and had a chance to really feel and learn how to get comfortable with sumo pulls and was able to hit somePR"s!!

I am at work so I can't be all fancy but here is bench with some new PR's!
My review:
First I want to thank Promera for allowing me to once again log for them, they are a great company!!
This is one of the best pre work that I have ever taken! I mix it with water and it tastes just like the flavor it promotes! If you want powerlifting gains, this is the product you want to take! It gave me the energy I needed and did not back off and I was able to recover faster.
Taste: I give it a 10, the flavor was lemon/lime and that is what it tasted like.. Would like to try another flavor in the future.
Mix-ability: Also a 10, just add it to water and shake and it mixes very well and leaves nothing behind.
How it made me feel: 10, I was focused and made it through each session with energy to spare!
This is honestly a very good Pre workout and in this log I had up and downs as I got injured almost at the beginning of it but when I was able to hit the gym Pump extrem helped me crush the session, I would recommend as a staple in the supplement list!!Last edited by Stncldsnake; 07-09-2015 at 08:22 AM.
