    I will never not take raw green capsules. I know I don't cook with nearly enough colored veggies, and I feel healthier by supplementing with it.

    You don't need a greens supplement if you take in enough greens veggies. If you find that you're lacking in your daily green intake then go ahead and pick up a greens product

    if you are eating plenty of variety of veggies and fruit, then no you don't need a greens supplement. But it can be beneficial if you are not eating your fruits and veggies.

    Pretty much this. I am too lazy to cook and shop at times so I take Super Reds and Greens to help replace it. Is it 100% acceptable? No, but it's better than nothing.

    There was actually a doctor on the radio the other day talking healthy recipes. He even said that nearly all Americans would struggle to eat enough whole food sources of greens to justify not taking it in a form of a supplement.

    I would echo what many have already said, worth while supplementing if your veggie and fruit intake is sub par. TSN has a great product that I've used for awhile not, because I'm guilty as charged for not eating my veggies
