Hello,
I currently have moved to an apartment complex that has a weight room with only machine weights. No leg press though. Since I dont have a car, as of now, I cant get a gym membership...closest gym is about 10miles away...not biking there. There is only a chest press, triceps extension, biceps machine, leg machine, back pull down machine, shoulder extension machine, and a dual cable machine for tricep pull downs and standing chest presses.
Anyway, is there any chance of building a respectable body by only using these machines? Is there any chance of sculpting a tone physique with these? If so how many reps and sets should I be doing in order to really feel a burn? Thanks!

"feeling a burn" means absolutely nothing.
Somewhere in the All Pro's simple beginner routine thread I rewrote the whole thing so it couls be run on a "all in one" cable machine like you are describing. I just don't remember exactly where in that thread it is.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 11
