Bike itself is like $8500ish ride away (lastest model cbr500r abs) so yeah defs not in the low range + youll need another ~1-2g for gear/lessons etc if its your first time riding

Had the R3 for a week now my god its so much fun. Put about 30miles today just cruising around street and highways everyday im feeling more comfortable on it and picking up more speed. But man this Houston heat is 100+ and I feel like im suffocating at a red light but once I go it feels good.

go to a local shop and try some on and see what brand fits your head the best. look online and see what brands appeal to you and then look for dealers in your area.

Yeah I honestly would consider buying a Shoei 1200, even though they are substantially more.

yep. I just bought an Alliance Crysmatic as a 2nd helmet to my Variant b/c i've found the Variant to be kind of a bitch a highway speeds, especially around where i live b/c there are all kinds of cross winds due to the lake
