I am five weeks out from competition. I am 5'8, 170lbs, and 13% body fat. Am I crazy to think I can drop to 8-9% with in five weeks?

If you're definitely set on competing and believe you have the focus for it, search on this site for 30 days out. Its a program that I believe could get you there as long as you stick to it 100%
