Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds mixed together. Both raw and unsalted snacked on once twice three times a day....I snack on it on brunch and lunch at work.
Pumpkin seeds are one of the highest rated zinc foods and has a fair amount of magnesium, sunflower seeds have a ton of magnesium and also sunflower seeds are one of the highest rated b6 foods....that's zma folks!
