I found that exact website, and I already knew that a 5 rep max should be about 85% of a 1rm, but wouldn't the extra sets of 5x5 reduce that from 85% somewhat, and if so by how much?

Multi-set calculators would compound the error % even more than already error-prone single-set versions. That's why nobody makes 'em. Next time you're ready to deload, lift a 3-RM before your break. It'll be closer to accurate (for a number that is largely irrelevant to recreational lifters anyway).

Very true, however, I'm a former competitive powerlifter that was at one point deadly serious about my craft...getting back into the gym, who knows how far I'll take it this time.
