I have to agree. It seems the guys that do this always have big, smooth delts, no forearms, very little to no detail in general. Surprisingly, this guy does have definition in his abs though. I'd be surprised if he has been training more than 5 years

Well first of, Asian are just lean. On a whole they hold little bodyfat and are very lean

2nd of all, they have insane work ethics.

They are brought up to work super hard and have so much determination

I refuse to believe someone with that caliber of physique can compete at a pro show.

Not to hate on the guy but seriously imagine that upper body beside Ramy's.

I mean he looks like any old punter throwing up there stupid Intsagram picture.

A good physique...sure, but IFBB Pro Bodybuilder...nae.

Honestly from the looks of this line-up the standard of the NY Pro has dropped dramatically.
