1200mg PA before workouts.... I have been doing this for a week, what am i supposed to be noticing? I notice no strength gain, muscle fullness, etc.

For me it was increased hunger when I was bulking. Made me eat well above my TDEE. When I started taking it on a cut, the effects started to wear off after about a month. However I did notice it helped me maintain strength while eating a little below TDEE. However Betaine did the exact same thing and is cheaper.

my strength started shooting up consistently by a rep or 2 or weight at around the 2nd week. the first week and throughout got a pretty good pump from it. I have had the worst workout schedule for the past few months with not working out much at all and although a lot of it was def from muscle memory and what not I was able to get back up to 125s on db press which I def attribute to the PA
