    phosphatic acid -- what am i supposed to be noticing

    1200mg PA before workouts.... I have been doing this for a week, what am i supposed to be noticing? I notice no strength gain, muscle fullness, etc.

    Usually the first things you notice is increased hunger and muscle fullness. Give it a couple more weeks for strength to go up.

    ^ That. For the strength increase, it's modest and I only really noticed it because I was tracking everything even prior to ever using Micro-PA beginning of last year (2014) so I could notice the change in progression.

    I agree the strength increase is modest but still noticeable if you track your progress. Also, the increased hunger is noticeable as well.

    For me it was increased hunger when I was bulking. Made me eat well above my TDEE. When I started taking it on a cut, the effects started to wear off after about a month. However I did notice it helped me maintain strength while eating a little below TDEE. However Betaine did the exact same thing and is cheaper.

    I've been using PA for a bit now, both granules and caps. I haven't noticed any earth shattering strength, but solid strength gains. The thing I've noticed the most is a bit more muscle on me.

    my strength started shooting up consistently by a rep or 2 or weight at around the 2nd week. the first week and throughout got a pretty good pump from it. I have had the worst workout schedule for the past few months with not working out much at all and although a lot of it was def from muscle memory and what not I was able to get back up to 125s on db press which I def attribute to the PA

    Muscle fullness and hunger with some added strength benefits. It won't give you a noticeable energy and focus boost like a preworkout if that is what you are hoping for. It also takes around 10 days or so to notice anything for most people.

    It's more of like a overall better fullness, Hunger goes up, Strength climbs, scale weight tends to climb.

    started taking the granules, and I will say I have noticed slight differences in my workouts when I actually have time to take them 2 hours before my workouts. only about 9 days in, so we'll see what happens after the 2 month mark.

    I did not notice any effects from PA until my second week in, give it a bit more time especially since you have only been using for a week.
