    gaining leaness

    Its possible to gain lean muscle mass right?
    I'm 177lbs and want to move up to 190. I do want to stay lean but someone said its one or the other. Unless I'm way over 200lbs.

    I'm taking in 2080 cals a day

    no. average person cant gain muscle without any fat gain. if you can keep it at least 1:1 ratio, then you are doing damn good
