Hey everyone
I've re comped from 185 16-18% to 205 at around 15% in the past 6 months and currently my goal is to lean down to a good 8-6%. I wanted to simply lean down in the start but I did not have enough lean mass to really look good afterwards.
The goal is 150g protein daily 1200-1500 cals, I have done this diet numerous times in the past so it is not a problem for me.
Today I am 205 with a 33 inch waist. 2200 calories consumed today which is fine for the long term goal. TDEE probably 2500-2700
I am downing ec stack 3 times a day as well, monitoring body temp
Will update daily...

Yesterday was around 1600-1800 cals actually, the chicken was not lean. No problem
Today around 1100 140g pro 4g fat rest carbs. Not really dizzy or anything, strangely enough am performing better at work
I attribute to the EC. I already have more vascularity.. This is going alot better than expected

That's rough. I'd listen to other posters if I was in your shoes. Eating lower than 1500 calories consistently and weighing above 200lbs seems like it will be trouble.
As for you defending your choices, by citing that others are using the PMSF diet. That's like me saying it's fine that I smoke a pack of cigarettes a day, because the guy next door smokes two packs and of course I'm not stupid enough to smoke two packs!
As for the PMSF diet, it seems to be for severely obese people. The study cited, said they lost 30+lbs in six weeks and it consisted of an entire 15 of them. It required a lot of supplementation to stay healthy and while on the diet, it specifically says that a doctor has to monitor you to ensure it's being safely conducted.
There is a huge difference between the severely obese population and your typical dieter on here.
You should read the stickies and at least raise your calories to above 1500. Even 1500 is very low unless you have next to no LBM and lay inside all day. We aren't here to tear you down, but if you start out making bad choices, then we are trying to tell you that it will not work long term. Even if you managed to maintain 1100 calories for a month, your only worry isn't losing muscle at that point.
I see my nutritionist about once a month now, they recommend a 500 cal deficit a day, to lose a lb a week. She knows I stay around 1000 cal deficit a day, she said fine, but she said any more of a deficit is highly not recommended. If I told her I was at 1100 calories, she would flip **** on me because it means I didn't listen to anything she said. They literally major in this, they know a lot more about it than your typical bro does. If they say a 2000 cal deficit is idiotic, you should probably believe them. They know the impact on our organs, our muscles, our tendons, our energy, and our bones. Try to listen to the pros.
I seen somewhere that bodybuilders try the PMSF diet while cutting. That shouldn't be a reason to do it either. Many of them at the highest levels are monitored often by a doctor, they get their blood and urine checked to make sure they aren't causing crazy amounts of damage. Then they are getting medications to offset what the severe dieting is causing. So unless you are 300 lbs of pure muscle and people refer to you as a freakbeast then don't try to follow what they do.
Good luck though. Try to adjust your aim and keep this going. No need to stop because people are trying to help you.View my Cutting threads here

Thanks mate, I'm downing around 1300-1500 average a day which is indeed low.. I really appreciate you writing this whole thing out... makes me know people give a damn!
Going to stick to 1500 from now on. I;ll consume around 1800 to "balance" it out over the next few days.. Temperature is at 97.9 usually which is discouraging
Yep, I had 4 days of work in a row + school, twas not good haha. Since I was awake for all those hours it was probably 2500 or so deficit which isn't really good

Cals will be set to 2200 the next 5-7 days depending on workload (I work 30-35hrs manual labor primary job) so I don't turn into skeletor... I can go lower during off periods but I always eat more during high activity. Sodium increase as well.
Weight has been staying around 198-199 while I'm in a 500 deficit or so. I have no issues considering it would be impossible to lose more than 5000 cals or so of fat since the start

Weight at 197... I can tell I've lost a good chunk of fat already seeing as my rolls when I sit down are drastically reduced. Very happy so far.. Arms more defined as well, no prominent vascularity. Waist still at 32.
I was getting kind of upset that I wasn't losing weight but it's absolutely clear I've lost fat. Unreal difference when I sit down.. sounds kind of weird but its alot easier to measure fatloss when all of it is compressed in one areaLast edited by Samgdb; 04-26-2015 at 09:09 AM.

Kind of frustrated and am at a crossroads here... I think I'm gonna lay off cutting until I get fat enough to really justify one. The BDD is strong, I feel so small and weak at 194. Muscle glycogen is 0 and literally look anorexic without carbs
I will eat at mat through summer and continue standard training/diet. Not sure why I wanted to cut so drastically anyways. Shed off 1-2% BF which im fine with, I'll cut at 18-20% or 230, whichever comes first.
This ends this log... Too small to continue cutting. Waist went from 33 or so to 31.8 which is nice. sorry for not finishing everyone
Good luck everyone
