There's a difference between creatine supplementation and eating red meat, the same way there's a difference between having a glass of red wine before bed and drinking a 12 pack everyday. The article isn't proving causation, but it's a pretty decent study as far as correlation. I think it's okay to look at these studies and ask questions before throwing in the dismissive bodybuilding logic.
