I use regular ala, and Glycobol (which has na-r-ala [and other insulin mimetics], N-r-ala, is 10-30 times more powerful than r-ala, and r-ala is 50% more powerful than ala)

Can you post evidence for all statements in your post (all of them).
Na-R-ALA isn't 10-30 times more potent than R-ALA. And I assume you meant r-ala is 100% more potent than ala. In either case, you're wrong because s-ala interferes with R-ala absorption.
Burn24 and recompadrol are DCed afaik? Perhaps still for sale though
New slintensity looks good, berberine is always a safe bet

Partition-MD as others have mentioned is coming soon (hopefully dropping this month), I personally can't wait to see what the profile is on it. Coming from Meadows, I of course have high hopes.
Not a GDA per se but it's marketed as a nutrient partitioner, Indigo-3G has performed quite well for me when I was using it for months on end (~8ish). Though I don't know how well it would work for you though since iirc you're forever on a ketogenic diet and C3G ASFAIK is something that is used to help control blood sugar levels and keep insulin sensitivity in line (so it is expected for one to be consuming a good amount of carbs regularly) and is something to be used consistently for a period of time. There's some indication that it helps mitigate body fat gain (think there was a more recent study on cyanidins that was published), one of the mechanisms there was reducing fat cell inflammation IIRC. Chit is pricey though (not just an Indigo-3G thing, if you priced out ProC3G products @ 600 mg of C3G per day, they all basically cost a lot).Completed Logs & Reviews:

Would it be ok to take 4 pills of Slintensity at 1 time? According to the label, 1 pill per 6g of carbs. I normally eat a dozen cupcakes in 1 sitting when I do carb re-feeds.
Also, what's the reason Burn 24 would be DC? Ingredients are not illicit looking ingredients.Last edited by beastmode47; 04-16-2015 at 06:54 AM.
LOL at these ****gs with no forearms, calves, and neck (not traps, but neck, two distinct muscles).

This was the only GDA post this year I could find and to chime in for OP.
I've only used slin sane v2 and will never change. Whether it is bulking or cutting, slin sane will never let you down. It's a damn right staple up there with fish oils and a multi.
I've found taking slin pre bed I get the best sleep ever and wake up so dry and shredded. I still remember a few months ago being 14% waking up feeling like I'm 11-12%! (Then later in the night feeling like 14% again haha).
I've only ever needed one slin a day and it does the trick. Keeps my veins shining and keeps my stomach tucked in (even on 700g carbs of ridiculous Ramadan fasts in the space of 30 minutes after not eating or drinking for 20 hours).
Don't want to sound like a myopic fool but will never consider any other GDA as Genonmyx smashed this supplement.☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆
One life, one shot.

Same as above (haven't seen many other GDA threads) so quick question...
I have taken a few of them over the years with great results (Slin sane comes to mind) but there are two specifically I have taken that each made me very sick one time that I took them:
Anabolic Pump was first. Got through probably 5 doses and on dose 6, downhill fast.
Burn24- 90% of the time it worked really well but twice I got the following symptoms (same with AP):
- violent vomiting
- shakes
- $hits
- weakness
Each time it lasted a good 8-12 hours. I know it sounds like a blood sugar issue but I believe I made sure to eat more than enough carbs at all times of dosing. Does anyone know if there is a common ingredient that could have caused this? Could it have been a total fluke and I just ate something bad and it was a coincidence?
Would love to get some opinions as looking forward to some new products but want to be on the lookout for anything I should stay away from.

A lot of people really like the pre-bed serving for Slin Sane. I think it's via the potential for lower blood glucose levels equaling inhibition of hypothalamic ****tostatin release which would cause a better release of GH pulses throughout the night.
I haven't done a pre-bed dose in a while with any GDA's. A lot of people like Agmatine pre-bed due to its anxiolytic effects primarily, but it also may act as a GDA.

I appreciate the insight.
No diabetes thankfully (both these experiences were more than 6 months ago, but blood work about 6 months ago indicated sugars were fine).
Any idea how much Berberine can be too much? More specifically for someone with a sensitivity? I only ever did one cap of Burn24 so it's not like I pushed the limits.
Don't get me wrong, I have my beloved Agmatine for GDA effects so it's all good if Berberine is the culprit. Just wish I could know for sure.
