not sure how relevant this is to people unless they are also in college haha....but when you schedule your classes for the next semester around the times you like to go to the gym. I refuse to pick a class between 8-10

My boss schedules his days around his teaching and workout schedules. He's a marathon runner and Fridays are his long run days. He is never in the office before 12 on those days. He leaves early on Tuesdays for his speed work training session with the running group. It makes scheduling meetings with him a nightmare.

I have been known to do calf raises and squats while waiting for the kettle to boil. also I quite often do stretches whilst waiting for my food to cook after the gym.

oh and my dogs also get their food weighed daily as they easily get overweight

Going on a holiday and search for a gym in that area before leaving and learn to ask for a gym in that particular language... (can google gyms for weeks, check everything out and double check...) And yes, when I get there I go to the gym and get myself a membership for that periode. I love foreign gyms .
