I started the gym about a month ago, and ive been hitting the gym 6 days a week, doing 10-15 minutes of cardio 4 days a week, and doing about 20-30 minutes of cardio the other days of the week, at the gym I go at it as I can but I dont really feel my muscles hurting or like overtraining.. Should I keep hitting it 6 days a week or should I back off a bit? what will benefit me the most?

How many times a week should I train?
For this Summer I'll be unstoppable!! I have gotten obsessed with with becoming a gym nerd, a calorie killer, a F*** BEAST!
