200x8 but i think i strained a muscle two weeks ago cause it's really painfully when i do about 135 once

my 1RM on bench is 250(I never go that high though cus I do incline first and then do 185 on flat bench or I'll just use dumbbells) but I use 115 on BB military press or 40-45 pounds for DB shoulder presses. I don't max on shoulder presses too often, that's askin for it.
Anyway, my point is that when doing military presses correctly, by putting the most stress on the muscle, you'll use much less weight than you think you need.
