new game plus comes out this week(already out on xbox)

you pick your difficulty, but its all scaled to next set of levels(i imagine the game assumes you start at 30)

you keep your exp gold and alchemy



glad new game plus is coming out, pretty difficult to do any hybrid sort of build without huge sacrifice, now can go triple hybrid no problem

I don't think you'll lose your crafting schematics, I might be wrong but it would be pretty pointless from them to take that away from you but allow you to keep all weapons/armour/gold etc.

Really looking forward to NG+. Haven't played W3 since completing my second death-march playthrough, should have it finished in time for the new expansion hopefully.

soo, when you find loot , is it the same as first play thru or diff? swords etc

are there new items to find ? gear map etc

dunno its only out on xbox atm and that was all the info they gave, they put alot of dev time into it though so hopefully there so new stuff other than diffculty

I think all the romance scenes are the same length except for the one with Yennifer on the unicorn.

They should have added some variety to the romance scenes.

For Triss you don't get much of the shots. Im strong aware as I've seen these scenes so many damn times playing as much as I have, lol.

That one chick from the card tournament is hot. Even her scene has everything.

Is it worth playing Gwent. I didn't do any Gwent quests because I had no desire to learn/play.
I knocked off every chick except Triss because I didn't say that I loved her and the gwent lady i guess.

Also you get the option for a foursome with Keira, Triss and Yen.
That's REAL fantasy.

I'd say the Gwent is a trophy/achievement thing if you are looking at getting 100%. It's the last thing I need...here on my 3rd play of this whole game. I've done the whole Gwent stuff over again as well. I'm once again nearing the end of all that. It's a fun game once your learn it. Which isn't hard at all...you want high cards and hero cards. Use Leader cards that help your play style.

100% worth play gwent, its legit fun as hell especially if you enter the tournament with a bare minimum deck its an insanely fun challenge

gets boring end game when your deck is like half hero cards and half draw to more cards but its fun building it to that op level,
honestly looking forward to more gwent almost the most in the upcoming expansions

I thought the game was great. Very detailed, well written and excellent voice acting.
The leveling up got annoying early, but it really starts to pick up as you progress through the story. Didn't really look at the hidden areas on Skellige. Got the complete Ursine armour and complete feline sword set. Tho i did find a sword that was better than the mastercrafted feline sword.

Waiting for NG+ for the PS4 so I can replay and get the good ending.

Well my 3rd play is nearing the end and guess what.....still don't have this damn Gwent trophy. Mind blowing worst trophy I've seen in a long long time. Easily done 300+ matches in my 3 play throughs. Keep going to every shop, every Inn, etc. All quest long done....

This, still cant get the cards I missed in WO even with the latest patch, just going to go ahead and finish the game, CBA with all the extra DLC missions, might go back when an expansion comes out but until then I am biding my time for MGS5, then I will have a new game to put ~500 hours online into.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s New Game Plus Free DLC for PS4 Now Available on The North American PSN as Well




If you were eagerly awaiting the chance to play The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt again, retaining your items and levels, but living in North America and owning the PS4 version prevented you from doing it, rejoice, as the (short) wait has come to an end.

The free New Game Plus DLC has now been released on the North American PlayStation Store, and you can find it here.

With this, basically every improvement request I had for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been granted. The game is truly a masterpiece, and thanks to it, future open world RPGs will have to deal with the fact that free roaming is not an excuse anymore to provide sub-par narrative and character evolution.

Have you bought the four cards from the inn in Harviken? (or something like that - small Skellige island) I had nearly given up hope on completing my gwent trophy but it turned out all I needed to do was buy the cards of him, he's in a tiny house which doesn't even look like an Inn and the 'innkeeper' symbol never appeared over his building on the map, I had to repeatedly meditate to get it to appear and when it did voila, trophy earnt.

Will go look... and yes. I have had to do the same thing..... meditate to get merchants to even show up in their shops. Some shop Icons have never shown up on the map, etc. Which again all says bs for this trophy, lol. It should be just for the tournament. Because to get in the tournament, you need to qualify. Which means you've done the Gwent missions......

I checked hero cards yesterday and I have them all. So it is some random meaningless one.

I hope that's all it is I'm missing. I have not been keeping track of the gwent cards...who knows I may have missed one that was only available through a mission. Also, steam seems to be iffy with these achievement unlocks. One day I launched the game and got like 5 at once for things I've done a while back.
