No problem, I have been busy but I'll check in more regularly at least 2-3x a week if that is okay.
Smashed some Back and Shoulders with a friend this morning around 2am since I was off from work.
Mixed in some DTP from Kris Gethin and German Volume Training; kept the weight pretty moderate but really pushed on keeping rest times low.
Finished with the weights my friend was ready to call it and head home but I told him we had to finish with some ropes. The look of despair on his face was priceless. I was pumped with energy to spare probably from the cardio work with the help of the Cardio Igniter.
Tomorrow we're scheduled for another track workout and I'm hoping to avoid that 111° heat.Current PRs

Cardio has always been one of my least favorite activities but I know it helps if done properly. I have been keeping it simple with light walks when I wake up for 15-30 minutes at a 10% incline. That combined with the Cardio Igniter has been keeping me focused for the Graveyard Shift.
I knocked out my Back and Shoulders work today using a few of my favorite tricks. I had read Arnold would do 50 pullups no matter how long it took so I started those back up again. After those I had a nice sweat going so I attacked some single-arm pulldowns and rows; followed by Military Press, Lateral Raises and Rear Delt work.
I have Hypertrophy Legs and Chest/Arms the next two days so looking forward to pushing the intensity.Current PRs

Quality advice right here. I used to make it a habit of setting my alarm to go off every hour and I would do ten bodyweight squats and ten pushups every hour. I would also do five chinups whenever I walked through my bedroom door. It was never too much to handle and there was no fatigue since it was a small amount but the positive changes kept on coming. I should start incorporating daily bodyweight again.

I just got back a few days ago. The weather was impeccable and the food was to die for. I won the trip by sending a picture of my cat and I to Meow Mix so they chose me, a friend and my cat to fly down to shoot an ad. The entire trip was mind-blowing but the days we shot the ad were crazy. It was fun but it's time to return to reality and get back to work.
I'll post some progress pictures tomorrow since the challenge is wrapping up. I'm going to continue logging the products in this thread though because I still have some Ab Igniter left and there are some more gains to be had.

We stayed at the Beverly Hills Hilton so everything was pretty close. All of the houses around the area were amazing looking. We went to Santa Monica Pier and walked down to Venice Beach. Muscle Beach was already closed when we got there unfortunately and the other days we went down to the beach was for the ad. We got to see the Walk of Fame, looked around Rodeo Drive. My favorite place we visited was Knottsberry Farms; those roller-coasters were a lot scarier than I remember.

It seems my progress has been slow but steady. I want to drop calories even more to speed up results but I'm experiencing minimal muscle loss and moderate fat loss, so I know I should keep them steady for now.Current PRs
