The track workout on Saturday went pretty good. I took 2 capsules of the Ab Igniter and 1 scoop of the Cardio Igniter. The energy was really high for all of my sprints and doing multiple sets of stairs. I'd say the energy was almost too high because once my friend and I finished I got the great idea to tie everything off with 100 Burpees. The burn was killer but the main thing I have noticed when taking the Cardio Igniter is that my lungs seem to open up and I can breathe easier.
I can still rock out some Squats with a wider grip on the bar and the machines are all fair game. I have been doing some rolling with a demon ball from hell and been working out the kinks.Current PRs

Estimated body fat when I began was around 16% and I can tell there has definitely been progress. That bod pod has been the best thing so far for keeping me even more focused on my diet. Training has been good but I know I can do better.
The Garcinia Chews have been my go to when I'm still hungry after a meal. I down 16oz. of water and chew on those and focus hard on what I want to bring to the table for this transformation. I also found this website that was able to put some perspective into the time remaining.

If I base my start date on that newspaper for the before picture I have until July 13th.Current PRs

Got my pictures taken today and at first I was a little disappointed until I put them side by side and saw the decrease especially in the side shot. Pumps me up to push even harder for the remaining weeks. This morning after work I knocked out my Leg Strength workout and finished off with some sprints on the bike.

Thanks for the encouragement. I've been using my extra time since I only work one job during the summer to do Low Intensity Cardio first thing when I wake up and lift when I get off the graveyard shift. Another track workout in a few hours so I'm going to get some quality sprints in.

What sort of low intensity cardio do you do? Just walking? I honestly believe walking may be one of the most under utilized forms of cardio, especially when it comes to preserving muscle mass and reducing a need for enhanced recovery.

I have been waking up each night at 930pm and taking 1 scoop of Cardio Igniter before I hop on the treadmill for light walking. My time has been usually 20-30 minutes and I get a nice sweat going. I started doing that this week and it hasn't affected my recovery at all.
In other news strength has been going up steadily with my program. The volume work is paying off on my hypertrophy days and my pause bench is steadily rising as well. Squats this week were pretty tough and my back is still sore but I'm working around it. Definitely reminds me the importance of stretching and foam rolling.Current PRs

You know you are doing it right when you continue to gain strength while dropping pounds. Means you are dropping weight at a good rate and not too drastically. Definitely notice a difference in your before and after photos you posted. Keep on it every single day. The days add up to weeks and the weeks to months and before you know it, you are a different person!
