been a good couple days of working out. I'm sure I went a bit over maintenance with the 4th, oh well. life happens. I did 25 minutes of cardio last night after a really good back and bis workout. Had my appt with the ortho today, going to hold off on another injection for the time being and slowly ease back into leg workouts, for the sake of being cautious. I'm feeling pretty good about things.
I plan on hitting shoulders hard tonight and some more cardio. Hope everyone is having a good start to the week!Baltimore Orioles

I think there are many who also went over on that day. I was also one of them and no regrets, at least not many
So the back is feeling pretty good then. Good to hear. A little fear involved doing legs again I am sure. Once you feel pain like that you never forget it.*Trying to stay sane and get back to avi status.

Yep, back is feeling pretty damn good I plan on hitting legs later on today. I had a good night on shoulders:
DB press: 25x10,35x10,45x10,55x10,65x85
3 sets of lateral raises, some rotator cuff work, upright rows, and face pulls
Face pulls finished up with two sets of 30 reps, that had me feeling it!

Just got back from legs, kept it pretty short and tame but it felt good nonetheless. Good to actually be training legs, I'm sure I'll wake up sore. I did seated leg curls, leg extensions, seated calf raises, and then did some light hack squat.
Feeling good about hitting the gym consistently, and nutrition is dialed in pretty well currently. I'd love to go grab a burger and a couple beers tonight but I'm going to pass. I'll probably make some tomorrow, so at least I know how many calories I'm eating.
Tomorrow, I might hit the pool and get some exercise in there. Solid cardio and always leaves me feeling good and muscles exhausted.Baltimore Orioles

I'll be looking forward to some pics, I think. Might give me an intense craving I'll have to do something about. Smart on the research! I figured out I was doing something wrong with smoking whole chickens...I was keeping it at about 225, and the skin was a bit rubbery/tough when the bird was finished. I turned it up to 300 and the skin is coming out real good now. It's all a learning process for a bit I guess.

back to work and a more structured routine than being out of town and playing tourist. I'm going to drop down to 1900 calories or so and try to catch up to where I should be at this point. too much out of town and spinning my wheels.
