lol hasnt deadlifted in years, pulls 225 when she "dabbles" one random workout not too shabby. You a friend of IW08's? For some reason your post just reminded me of some of his posts about building a look versus building strength

Some very impressive lifts so far, ladies. I blew out a blood vessel in my eye and got a nosebleed but despite that and turning the lift into a SLDL I still managed to get 565 not my best.... hell it wasnt even my best looking pull with 565, but I confirmed that my willpower was all there..... until I got the following 585 set up to about 1/4 of an inch from lockout lol. damn hips, knees, and shoulder just would not lock out. It was sooooooo close

This looks fuuuuuun... But I've been mostly doing hypertrophy for 3 months now
I'm around 119lbs and the heaviest I've ever pulled for moderate reps is 145lbs a while ago. A few days ago I pulled 135 just for shoots n giggles when my bf was warming up and it was surprisingly easy.Bulking & Lifting :)
