    Most people get weaker when they cut weight. If you're talking water weight, I don't think many people will cut that much and lift in the same day. so don't worry

    lol, I'm heavier right now and my training just isn't going to call for heavy singles for the duration of the competition. I'm thinking of doing a meet in August but it looks like that'll be after the end date. Janis pulled 440 at 132 at her last meet though so maybe we'll just video her next heavy deadlift session and submit it.

    damn. Thats cool, by August I might have something else in the works, although I usually like to hold these during the colder weather months.
