lol, I'm heavier right now and my training just isn't going to call for heavy singles for the duration of the competition. I'm thinking of doing a meet in August but it looks like that'll be after the end date. Janis pulled 440 at 132 at her last meet though so maybe we'll just video her next heavy deadlift session and submit it.

At 5'9"? What are you smoking? I have a hard enough time cutting down to 148 without getting too lean that I get weak as it is as a 5'6" female. Though I do think the class should be available for any strong mini-manlets (~5'0") we have that might lift well at 132 (leverages of peace, bro), but not at the request of 5'9"-ers!Gym PRs:
SQ: 360 x 1, BP: 165 x 1, DL: 330 x 2, OHP: 110 x 2
Best meet lifts (raw w/wraps):
SQ: 365, BP: 155, DL: 350, Elite total of 870 @165
Closest thing to a log, but better cause it's vids! = www.youtube.com/user/birdiefu

Yep yep. No bromance, but that is on a whole different level of freak. brb 600+ pounds for multiple reps at 132 pounds bodyweight....... And I cant even pull 600 once at a hundred pounds heavier lol
Yeah, to not fukking die . I would like to put 600+ down as a completed goal but I am actually supposed to be focusing more on my chit squat right now, not deadlifting 30 pounds under my max randomly through the training week
Hell yeah we got a benchpress vid from you last time, and now an easy looking 615 deadlift
good for 615@215 BW
500 at 150 would give you a Wilks of 173.75. The guy above ^^^, Xtian, just pulled 615@215 and he gets 171.53...... Jus sayin it might be worth a try
damn. Thats cool, by August I might have something else in the works, although I usually like to hold these during the colder weather months.
Do it!!! I expect this tomorrow? or maybe next day?You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.
