Noob effort of jumping on the scale a week early - 1lb down (196lbs) so on track for 2lbs by the next update.
Starting to see the difference now and motivated to rock on for the next 3 weeks.
Other than that, pinned myself to the bottom of the squat rack twice this week with 440lbs/200kg... Going to deload for a week and focus on getting my glutes a bit more responsible for these squats (they are completely chilling is my guess ).
Check last years cut dairy to see how this year compares - this time last year I was 199/8 so im staying ahead of the game this year, and im about 3lbs up from 2013's effort (im hoping thats gains )...
Anyway got cuts to find!

Week 10 - Ended up at 190/191lbs, down from 205lbs.
Now im not super ripped or comp mode like some of the others just looking to keep in reasonable condition and not stray to far into fat land . I think I could easily sink another 10lbs and start to look half decent, so may take a few weeks reprieve and get back at it.
Week 1 vs Week 10
Week 9.
Anyway thats 2015's transformation done, I have some areas to work on so that 2016 it really popsNatural Bodybuilder

Thanks for the feedback.
Priority focus, calves for sure, upper chest (all naturals struggle here lol), middle Traps, biceps.
Secondary, back thickness, tricep (overall size).
I'll get a bit more specific when my body fat drops a little more..
Lots of work to do in this year's calorie surplusNatural Bodybuilder
